Our customer service department must be contacted before any return is made to obtain the necessary returns reference.

Can I return items?

Yes, if for any reason, you no longer require your goods we will offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase if the item is returned to us in its original condition and packaging. Alternatively, we can arrange for our couriers to collect from you. A charge of £10.00 may be applied.

My goods are damaged

If the package looks damaged in any way you can refuse the delivery or sign for it unexamined.
